Chamber of the Jewel is a secret chamber in the cavern on Route 13. It requires HM8 Rock Climb, as well as 4 specific forms of Unown to access. The deepest part of this chamber is where Mythical Pokémon Diancie waits for the player.
The crystals around Route 13 is said to attract the Jewel Pokémon Diancie. It has stayed here for a long time to secure all those glowing crystals. Its chamber is locked by a door with "Open" carved in Unown text. After acquiring Harvest Badge, players may bring a Pokémon that knows Rock Climb, as well as the Unown O, P, E and N in party to unlock the door. Unown can be found in Desert Catacombs on Route 11.
Upon entry and hopping down a couple of ledges, a long passage leads the player to another set of stairs back up. At the end of this staircase, a frozen lake with shining crystals around the walls can be seen, with Diancie on a small island in the middle. Reach Diancie through the stone path and click on it to initiate the battle. Players only have one chance to catch it, so save beforehand and turn off Autosave. As Diancie is very hard to catch and appears in a cave, it is recommended to purchase a lot of Dusk Balls in Poké Ball Emporium, Anthian City - Shopping District before actually proceeding to fight Diancie.
All Wild Pokémon are the same as those on Route 13.
Note: Rarity levels are estimations according to this scale and might be subject to changes due to different encounter assessment results, unless supported by official encounter rates, which are listed in red under the rarity level if known.
