Route 4 is a very short route that links Silvent City to the savannah on Route 5. There are no trainers on this route, and prior to getting the Arc Badge, players cannot proceed past this route due to a line of trees that block the way.
The route starts with a pavement extended from Silvent City, ending in front of a blocked cave. A line of trees is to the left, with one of them being extraordinarily small such that it can be cut down. Behind the line of trees, a grassy staircase is present, leading the player to the brown gate on top towards Route 5.
Getting HM1 Cut
Route 4 can be entered when the player gains access to Silvent City, but the rocky slope beside the gate high up has collapsed, and the path to that gate is blocked by a small tree. A lumberjack is present to give the player HM1 Cut, which the player can teach to a Pokémon and cut down the tree afterwards to advance forward. However, before the player can actually use Cut on the field, they must first acquire the Arc Badge in Silvent Gym.
Note: Rarity levels are estimations according to this scale and might be subject to changes due to different encounter assessment results.

- Before Route 5 and Brimber City opened, there was a Youngster in place of the Lumberjack, and players could not get HM1 Cut from him. When the update was released, he was promptly replaced by the Lumberjack.
- When the other workers in the Lumberjack Warehouse on Route 7 are shoved back to work by their boss after being defeated by the player, the Lumberjack on this route also disappears, hinting that he is actually the boss.
- The Lumberjack Boss is based on Defaultio — creator of Lumber Tycoon 2. He is seen equipping a Rukiryaxe behind his back.
- Route 4 is the first route out of the two routes in Roria with no Trainer Battles.
